Experience-Driven Recruiting: The Balance Between Automation & Human Connection
With all the rage about recruiting automation and AI, the good news is, everyone seems to be using recruiting robotics to help relieve repetitive, low-value task work, shorten recruiting cycles, and increase overall recruiter performance. The not so great news is…some may have over done it a bit and forgotten the paramount component of recruiting: the need for human connection.
Listen, it’s not your fault. Over-automate this process, and that human element can get lost, along with your talent and brand.
So, the question we are exploring today is the Human-Automation Intersection “can’t we all get along”?
